ENERGY STAR construction results in reduced monthly operating costs, improved homeowner comfort and a higher resale value, all while providing greater environmental benefits. The program provides assistance in evaluating your new home plans, air leakage testing, and incentives to install ENERGY STAR appliances and lighting systems.
