In 2010, the Stratham Police Department joined up with Seacoast Crime Stoppers. Shortly thereafter, on April 5, 2010, a robbery occurred at the Ocean Bank in Stratham. Stratham Police released a photo of the possible suspect to the media and as a result, a Crime Stoppers tip was received identifying the robber. The suspect was consequently arrested in relation to the robbery.
You can call Crime Stoppers 7 days a week, 24 hours a day with information on ANY crime and remain anonymous. Cash rewards are paid to callers for information that leads to the arrest of a suspect.
Information on crimes is not always reported to the police for many different reasons. Sometimes the victim does not want to make a fuss or it does not seem serious enough to report. The same is true for individuals who are a witness of a crime. A simple phone call to Crime Stoppers could solve a crime that is on-going or was never reported by a victim. You can help!
