RSVP Bone Builders Exercise Program

Concerned about osteoporosis? Looking to maintain bone health? This class is for you!!
The Friend RSVP (Retired Senior Volunteer Program) Bone Builders Exercise Program relies upon weight bearing exercise to protect against fractures caused by osteoporosis. RSVP Bone Builders provides the opportunity for participants to increase muscle strength, bone density and balance. The classes are held twice weekly and are lead by trained volunteers. No previous experience is necessary, and weights will be provided.
The new RSVP Bone Builders class will be held at the Stratham Municipal Center, 10 Bunker Hill Road, Stratham
10:00-11:00 AM on Mondays and Fridays beginning January 9, 2012
The key to participation is a commitment to attend classes twice weekly. A medical clearance form must be filled out and returned to the office before participating.
