Fee: $50.00 Fee is non-refundable.
This center is closed to all parties by midnight.
Music and other noise are to be kept to a reasonable level.

This room may only be reserved by Stratham residents. Setup and cleanup are the user's responsibility.
A $50 charge may be incurred if room is left in poor condition or damaged.
Library Community Meeting Room
The Community Meeting Room comfortably holds up to 50 people with chairs, fewer if including tables in set up. There is a small refrigerator and sink available for use.
There are 50 chairs and 4 tables available for use.
User is responsible for set up, break down, and clean up.
No fee for use of room; Donations gratefully accepted.
This room has Library, Town Office and Outside exits.

Quiet Study Room
The Quiet Study Room comfortably holds up to 8 people.
There is a conference room-style table and 6 chairs that remain set up. Additional charis are available if requested in advance.
The entrance and exit are in the library.

Activity Room
The Activity Room is specifically used for craft or other activities that require more cleanup.
This room comfortably holds up to 15 adults, 30 children with tables and chairs. There are 2 adult tables and 3 children's tables with chairs in the room.
The adult chairs would need to be requested in advance.
The user is responsible for set up and break down and cleanup.
The entrance and exit are in the library and the room is not entirely enclosed.

Morgera Community Room
This space is not for private uses; only community groups will be considered. The meeting room holds up to 100 people. Tables & chairs available. Kitchen only available with special approval. Users are responsible for set-up and cleanup.
Fire Department and/or Emergency Operations Center emergencies will take precedence over all scheduled persons or groups using the Community Room. The FD, EOC or Town of Stratham will not be held responsible for cancelling any Community Room scheduled dates or any financial losses due to unplanned events or local emergencies.
