November 18, 2019

Members present:  Sophie Robinson, Karen Fuller, Rachel Jefferson, June Sawyer
Absent: Frank Swift, Tim Copeland
Town staff:  Town Administrator David Moore and Director of Public Works Nate Mears

Meeting opened at 6:00 p.m. 

The Committee reviewed the previous meeting discussion and in particular a draft interim report prepared since the last meeting on November 6th.  The group reviewed the interim report components, which provided background on the Committee’s charge, number of times it met, actions and research conducted as well as general findings and the four recommendations discussed at the previous meeting.  The Committee discussed the presentation of the interim report to the Select Board happening later that evening; at the past meeting Sophie Robinson had agreed to serve as spokesperson for the group in front of the Select Board.

The group discussed the importance of adding a timeline of planned next steps so the community can know what to expect and it was a greed a timeline would appear in the draft report. 

The Committee discussed draft goals for a survey product.  After discussion, the Mr. Moore indicated he would distribute a draft of the survey questions to Board members, with a goal of collecting feedback for a new draft of questions by Wednesday November 27th.
