MINUTES FOR STRATHAM ENERGY COMMISSION MEETING

Meeting held at the Stratham Municipal Center

7:05 PM Call to order

1. Approve Meeting minutes from June 13th, 2017.
   1. Minutes approved
2. Solar Update – Police station
   1. Paul Deschaine is reviewing contract language with legal counsel. Redlined comments and edits sent to Selectmen for review.  An email was sent to Revision legal for review.
   2. Language regarding Police Station deed sent for review.
   3. Alerted Revision that redline comments are forthcoming.
3. Energize 360 - Update
   1. 3 PV projects and 1 lead from Stratham Event and 2 efficiency projects.
   2. Wave 1 (original 5 towns) led to 46 solar contracts, 52 audits and 20 installs.
   3. Wave 2 (new 8 towns, including Stratham) underway.  Extension through 9/30 for contracts.  Upcoming events in Exeter, Kensington, and Hampton.  Charlie C to get updated events listing from E360 website.
4. Other
   1. Solar – DPW lot to be repaved this fall.  If ground mount solar system to be sited at or near Stevens Field, conduit would need to be laid under paving surface if looking to bury electrical lines for interconnection.
      1. $3-8K depending on size/location of conduit.
      2. Mike to find out the maximum power line run allowed.
   2. Planning underway for CIP expenditure after year 6 of PPA.
