ROUTE 33 NEIGHBORHOOD HERITAGE DISTRICT COMMUNITY INPUT SESSIONS SLATED FOR MAY 13 AND May 15
Representing the largest concentration of historically significant properties in Stratham, the Route 33 section of Portsmouth Avenue is a vital part of our community. The Stratham Planning Board is considering the creation of a Neighborhood Heritage District for the unique properties along the corridor.  How does a Neighborhood Heritage District work?  What would it mean for property owners?  Learn more by participating in one of the Route 33 Community Input Sessions slated for Thursday, May 13 at 6 pm or Saturday, May 15 at 10 am. Please note that both dates will include the same presentation.  Residents have the option to participate in person at the Stratham Municipal Center, 10 Bunker Hill Avenue (face coverings and social distancing required), or to participate from home electronically. Simply e-mail planning@strathamnh.gov to receive the log-in information to participate over ZOOM.  These sessions will provide an opportunity to learn more about a potential Neighborhood Heritage District designation and include plenty of time for you to pose your questions or offer your opinions.  We want to hear from you!  Your input is important and will help guide this initiative.  Learn more by visiting www.strathamnh.gov/route33
