book binSTRATHAM RESIDENTS WELCOME TO RECYCLE BOOKS
Our Friends at the Stratham Community Church are inviting the community to use their new book recycling bin. The bin is blue, labeled “discoverbooks.com”, and is located behind the church in the Clothes Attic parking lot (off of Emery Lane). The Wiggin Memorial Library can only accept certain books by donation, so you can use this bin to recycle all other unwanted books. The church receives a donation from the company for the number of pounds they collect through the bin. This also helps the Town’s overall goal of diverting waste from our stream that can be recycled/reused, since we pay for each pound of recycling and solid waste picked up at the curbside. For more information on donating books to the library, please visit their Book Sales & Donation page.  We thank the Stratham Community Church for their kind offer.
