LABOR DAY - TOWN OFFICES CLOSED
All town offices will be closed on Monday, September 6th in observance of Labor Day.  We wish you all a safe and happy long weekend!

The first regularly scheduled Select Board meeting for September will be held on Tuesday Sept. 7th due to the Monday holiday.

TOWN CLERK OFFICE CLOSED SEPT. 9TH
Please note, the Town Clerk/Tax Collector Office will be closed all day on Thursday, September 9th so they may attend an offsite training.  We apologize for any inconvenience.  They will reopen on Friday, September 10th from 8:00 am to 12:30 pm.  Thank you for your understanding.

CURBSIDE COLLECTION DELAY
Due to the Labor Day holiday, trash and recycling pick up the week of September 6th will be delayed by one day on all routes.  That means regular Tuesday pick-ups will be on Wednesday and thence onward for each remaining pick-up day that week.  If you have any questions, please call 772-7391 ext 187.

CULVERT WORK SCHEDULED ON UNION ROAD
Beginning on Wednesday September 8th contractors will be lining three culverts that convey storm water flows beneath Union Road.  This work will occur along the segment of Union Road lying between High Street and Barker Road intersections.  The duration of the project is scheduled to take place September 8th, 9th & 10th.

Through traffic commuters should plan ahead alternate routes and expect detours and delays.  School Buses and residents that reside along this segment of Union Road will be directed through the work zones by flaggers.

Curbside trash and recycling collections will NOT be impacted.  Residents along Union Road should have their waste curbside by 7AM on Wednesday September 8th per usual collections
