Community Trip ~ King Arthur Baking School

King Arthur Flour’s Baking School welcomes all bakers, no matter your skill level. For this community trip will have a private class with expert instructors who will teach us all about hasty pastry: Apple Galette and Savory Palmiers. This is a hands-on class and participants will work in pairs.

A luxury bus will depart the Stratham Municipal Center at 9:30am arriving at King Arthur, Norwich VT at 11:00am. Lunch will be ON OWN, Baking class starts promptly at 1:00pm and last for three (3) hours. We will depart promptly after the cooking class, returning to Stratham by 6:00pm

The cost of the trip is $72 for residents and $92 for non-residents. Register here! Fee includes transportation to/from Norwich, VT, cooking class and instructor tip. Participants are on their own for lunch and bus drive tip.

Timeline
9:30am depart Municipal Center, 10 Bunker Hill Avenue for Norwich, VT. This trop takes an estimated 1 hour and 45 minutes.

11:00am - arrive at King Arthur Flour for lunch and shopping. Please note lunch is own your own and not included in the cost of the trip.

1:00pm - Cooking class

4:00pm - Depart Norwich, VT for Stratham, NH

5:45pm - Arrive at the Municipal Center, 10 Bunker Hill Avenue

All in-person classes will require proof of full vaccination upon entrance to the classroom. Please bring your vaccination card or a photo of it which clearly captures your name, vaccination date(s), type (Moderna, Pfizer, or Johnson & Johnson). An additional photo ID such as a driver’s license will also be required. Our staff will visually verify this information prior to students entering the classroom and no vaccine card information will be stored by King Arthur Baking.
