David Moore (Town Administrator)                      Tavis Austin (Town Planner)

CALL TO ORDER
Lovejoy called the meeting to order at 7:24 PM

ACCEPTANCE OF MINUTES
Merrill moved and Lovejoy seconded a motion to accept the February 21, 2019 meeting minutes.

Passed by unanimous vote.

HAND OUT
Draft of the Route 108 Corridor Study Committee Final Report dated March 7, 2019

AGENDA ITEMS DISCUSSED

  1. Tavis Austin presented the draft of the Route 108 Corridor Study Committee Final Report which was well received by the Committee. Most of the Committee Meeting time was spent reviewing and making edits to the Final Report Draft.
  2. Austin and Moore will make the edits as suggested by the Committee and have the revised Draft Report distributed prior to the next scheduled meeting.
  3. Lovejoy requested suggestions for prospective Committee members. The names of potential Committee members should be submitted to Moore for further action.
  4. Moore reported that the latest draft of the AER report is due March 15, 2019 and that additional time will be needed to review the submitted report, including a potential in-person meeting with Mr. Thibeault.

NEXT MEETING
Thursday, March 28, 2018 at 7:00 PM at the Municipal Center.

ADJOURNMENT
Merrill moved and Cushman seconded a motion to adjourn at 8:45 PM. Passed by unanimous vote.
