BUDGET ADVISORY COMMITTEE
The Budget Advisory Committee held its first meeting this past Tuesday December 5th.  Upcoming meetings at 6:00 p.m. in the Hutton Room at the Municipal Center will take place on December 10th and January 9th.  All members of the public are invited to attend these open meetings.

DAMAGED MAILBOX POLICY
We have a policy for that! Despite our best efforts and care, sometimes our plow trucks have run-ins with mailboxes (the mailboxes lose).  We have a policy that addresses this issue and work very hard to follow-up in a timely manner.   If you have need assistance under this policy (see link below), please call 603 772-5550 and leave a message with our Public Works Department.  Thank you for your patience.

Please join us for the 6th annual Lights 4 Lives!
Lights 4 Lives (L4L), sponsored by the Stratham Volunteer Fire Department Association (SVFDA), is an annual fundraiser that supports a local charity or family in need in Stratham. It is a community event that raises money and awareness through a holiday home decorating contest and an Open House raffle event. This year we are sponsoring Team Sweeney and their 10 year-old son Liam, who was diagnosed before he was born with Cystic Fibrosis, a progressive disease that substantially impairs normal respiratory and digestive functions.  Learn more about how you can participate at www.strathamlights4lives.org!

Lights 4 Lives Open House is Sunday, December 15, 2019 from 11am to 2pm at the Stratham Fire Station. All are welcome

ALL EMPLOYEE MEETING
Please note that Town offices and the Library will be closed from 8:00 am to noon on Tuesday, December 17th due to an all employee meeting.  Twice a year, the entire staff of the Town meet as a group with the Select Board and Town Administrator to ensure information sharing but also gathering input from across the staff.  The opportunity is very valuable for learning across the organization all of which is aimed at ensuring quality services for the residents; we apologize for any inconvenience this partial closure may cause.
