Town Employee Manual

The Town Employee Manual outlines policies and procedures related to personnel management including hiring, compensation, benefits, disciplinary procedures, employee appraisals, etc.

When the Board of Selectmen make updates to the manual, they may appear in addenda. For the latest information both the manual and the addenda should be referred to.
