Conservation Commission Members Present: Bill McCarthy, Bill Kenny, Ana Egana, Pat Elwell, Brad Jones, Allison Knab, Tim Copeland, Bob Keating

Meeting Called to order @ 7:06 PM

Mailbox:
            SELT letter regarding new stewardship manager introduction;

            Supply Lines newsletter;

            Eversource letter with notification of NH Public Utilities Commission order granting Eversource permission to maintain electric lines over the Squamscott River;

            RCCD easement review of Jones Property (24 acres); review noted encroachment and a structure in violation of the easement;

            Wetland permit application from the Town of Exeter (after the fact); application describes temporary wetland impact to access and maintain sewer line;

            Series of NHDES letters regarding wetland applications

                        34 Raeder Dr – replace a pier and ramp  

                        Lindt and Sprungli – dredge and fill

                        9 Butterfield LN – application

CC appointments:
Tim Copeland moved to reappoint Dan McAuliffe and Bob Keating for a three-year term on the CC, Allison Knab second – motion passed unanimously.

Allison Knab moved to reappoint Bill McCarthy as Chair of the CC, Tim Copeland second – motion passed unanimously.

Allison Knab moved to appoint Bill Kenny as Vice-Chair of the CC, Tim Copeland second – motion passed unanimously.

Tim Copeland moved to reappoint Ana Egana as Secretary of the CC, Allison Knab second – motion passed unanimously.

Tim Copeland moved to appoint Brad Jones as a Full Member of the CC (vacated by Pat Elwell), Allison Knab second – motion passed unanimously.

Tim Copeland moved to appoint Ana Egana as a Full Member of the CC (to have an odd number of full members), Allison Knab second – motion passed unanimously.

Municipal Update:
            Stratham Green condominiums has resubmitted their application for constricting solar panels in the open space.  Had previously been granted but was allowed to expire.

            Proposal for subdivision of 7 Boat Club Dr which is currently a 13 acre parcel expected to be presented to the Planning Board.  May be some question of wetland impacts and plan is not clear regarding the driveway location.

Allison Knab moved to communicate general concerns about how the project could be conducted without impact to wetlands, Ana Egana second – motion passed unanimously.

Tim Copeland moved to enter Non-Public Session to discuss real estate options, Bob Keating second – motion passed unanimously.

Allison Knab moved to exit Non-Public Session and seal the minutes, Tim Copeland second – motion passed unanimously.
