Letter from NH Dept of Environmental Services regarding minimum expedited wetland impact application at 8 Whitaker Road – 3 deficiencies in application noted 1) incomplete information; 2) Did not provide detail of impact; 3) application did not include engineers seal
Email regarding Shoreline permit application at 8 Oxbow Road –
Original letter written by Teresa Walker March 30, 2018; letter indicated mean high tide line was not delineated, not clear what distance between house and high tide line, question regarding impervious surfaces;
Bruce Scammon provided comment regarding highest observable tide line – setback proposed from highest observable tide line which is the most conservative approach

Counter offer not accepted, property still listed for sale
CC letter to selectmen brought up at last BOS meeting, but focus of meeting was directed to sale of property and letter was not addressed
7:21 PM Tim Copeland moved to adjourn meeting, Dan McAuliffe second – motion passed unanimously; Meeting adjourned
