At 7:10 pm, Tracy A. opened the meeting.

In Attendance: Tracy Abbott, Sean Kotkowski, April Mason, Jeff Simeone, Frank LaSorsa
Absent: Joe Lovejoy, Sean Burke
Guests: Seth Hickey, Parks & Recreation Director

Re-appoint Board membersFrank makes a motion to elevate Joe to regular board member role to fill 2018 vacancy
Sean k seconded the motion
Motion approved unanimously

Motion to renew Tracy and Frank’s terms as regular 3-year term members

Motion approved unanimously

Motion to elevate Sean K to 2017 vacancy
April made motion to approve
Frank Seconded
Motion approved unanimously

Re-elect Board positionsTracy makes a motion to appoint April as Treasurer of board
Frank seconded the motion
Motion approved unanimously

Sean K makes a motion to appoint Jeff to Co-Chair
April seconded the motion
Motion approved unanimously
