MINUTES OF THE AUGUST 24, 2020 SELECT BOARD SPECIAL MEETING
MEMBERS PARTICIPATING: Board Members Chair Mike Houghton, Vice Chair Joe Lovejoy, Board Member Allison Knab along with Town Administrator David Moore.
Mr. Houghton opened the meeting at 1:30 p.m.
At 1:35 pm Mr. Houghton moved to enter into non-public session in accordance with RSA 91A:3, II(c); Mr. Lovejoy seconded the motion. Via roll call vote, all voted in favor.
Mr. Lovejoy made a motion to come out of the non-public at 5:00 pm. Ms. Knab seconded the motion and moved to seal the minutes determining that failure to do so would render a proposed action ineffective. Via roll call vote, all voted in favor.
The meeting adjourned at 5:01 pm.
