We extend a sincere thank you to the entire Stratham DPW crew for their excellent work clearing the roads during the snow event on January 25 and 26 and the clean up that followed.  Their dedication, long hours and attention to safety made a real difference for residents and commuters throughout town.  The quality and timeliness of your work did not go unnoticed and is greatly appreciated. 

Thank you for your continued commitment to keeping Stratham safe and moving during challenging weather conditions.

Be sure to mark your calendar with these important dates:

  • Tuesday, February 10 - SMS School Board - Public information meeting about tax increases- 6:00pm.  Held at Stratham Municipal Center, Sewall Room.  Flier here
  • Wednesday, March 4 - Stratham School District meeting to vote on budget and warrant articles - 6:00pm.  Held at Stratham Memorial School
  • Thursday, March 5 - Voter Information Night - 6:30pm.  Held in the Stratham Municipal Center, Sewall Room
  • Tuesday, March 10 - Town Election.  Polls open 7:00am - 7:00pm.  Held at the Stratham Memorial School
  • Saturday, March 14 - Town Meeting.  9:00am.  Held at the Stratham Memorial School

SOCIAL MEDIA - A PREDATOR'S PLAYGROUND - March 12

The NH Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force and the Stratham Police Department will hold a presentation to better understand the technology available to teens today and the way in which child predators use it to exploit them.  This important presentation will be held on Thursday, March 12 at the Stratham Memorial School from 5:30 - 7:00pm.  Details here.  

 

VOLUNTEERS NEEDED

We need you, Stratham Residents!  Volunteer for your community.  There are currently three vacancies on the Zoning Board of Adjustment:  one full member position and two alternate member positions.  Interested residents are encouraged to contact the Planning and Building Department to learn more at 603-772-7391, ext 147 or to complete an application, click here.
