*ELECTRICAL, PLUMBING, MECHANICAL/HVAC, AND GAS TRADES USE RESIDENTIAL OR COMMERCIAL APPLICATION. If the work is part of a larger project, then an application may have already been opened by the Owner or General Contractor and the trades can sign page 2 of the application on file in the Building Office. 

* All fire sprinkler and alarm permits get sent to the building department and then get sent over to the fire department for review.
