The Zoning Board of Adjustment consists of five regular members and two alternate members who shall be appointed by the Select Board and be residents of the community. The ZBA is empowered to act in four separate and distinct categories: appeals from administrative decision; approval of special exception; grant of variance; and grants of waivers of dimensional requirements. When cases are presented, the ZBA meets on the first Tuesday of the month at 7:00 pm at the Town's Municipal Center.
There are currently three vacancies on the Zoning Board of Adjustment: one full member position and two for alternate members.
