A request to change a mailing address must be submitted in writing by the property owner to the Assessing Department.
PLEASE NOTE: It is the policy of the Town of Stratham to mail property tax bills directly to the property owner. Requests to send property tax bills to lenders (banks, mortgage companies, etc.) or property management firms cannot be accommodated.
A copy of the tax bill can be accessed through the Tax Clerk/Tax Collector’s office or website.
