The Town of Stratham is accepting applications for Firefighter – Call Members to support emergency response and public safety operations. This is a paid, on-call volunteer position. No prior firefighting experience is required and training is provided.

Responsibilities Include

• Responding to emergency incidents such as fires, rescues, and motor vehicle accidents
• Participating in training, drills, and continuing education
• Assisting with equipment, apparatus, and station maintenance
• Supporting fire prevention and community outreach activities

Minimum Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Valid New Hampshire driver’s license (or ability to obtain)
• Ability to meet department medical, physical, and training requirements
• Successful background check

Firefighter I, CPR, and ICS training required (may be obtained after appointment).
