Notice is hereby given that the Stratham Zoning Board of Adjustment will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, July 7, 2026 at 7:00 PM at the Stratham Municipal Center, 10 Bunker Hill Avenue, Stratham, NH, to consider the following application:

Case #692: Cates Living Trust, Richard W. & Lynn A. Cates (Owner), request for a variance from Section 4.2 Table of Dimensional Requirements for continuous frontage for 37.5' of frontage for each new lot, where 200' is required for each new lot; and 75' currently exists for Lot 8.
