Red Barn Property LLC (Applicant and Owner) request for approval of a major subdivision, Route 33 Heritage District application, and Conditional Use Permits for Wetlands Conservation District and Wetlands Setback disturbances for a shared driveway, wells, stormwater and/or duplexes.
