Stratham Fire would like to congratulate our two newest firefighters, EMS Lieutenant Drew Vanderslice and EMT Kyle Saltonstall, on successfully completing their combined Firefighter I/II certification just before Christmas.

This State of New Hampshire Firefighter I and II course was hosted by Stratham Fire for the Seacoast region and played a critical role in preparing and certifying much-needed firefighting personnel for area departments, including our own. The intensive and physically demanding program provided comprehensive training in both fireground operations and safety, laying a strong foundation for service.

Completion of this course enables Drew and Kyle to serve our community as call firefighters in addition to their roles as EMS providers, strengthening Stratham Fire’s ability to respond to emergencies and protect our residents.

We would like to thank Drew and Kyle — as well as their families — for the time, commitment, and dedication required to achieve this certification. We are proud of their accomplishment and look forward to working with them in their expanded roles.
