With the extra snowfall we've received this winter, we're experiencing more significant mud as the thaw begins. Due to these muddy conditions, the parking area at the end of the Jack Rabbit parking lot at Stratham Hill Park is temporarily closed to prevent damage to the grounds and vehicles.
As the conditions continue to change, we may also need to temporarily close the full Jack Rabbit parking area if necessary.
At this time, visitors should park in the paved lot at the main park entrance off of Route 33. Please remember, there is no parking along the side of Jack Rabbit Lane.
We appreciate everyone's patience and cooperation as we work to protect the park during the thaw season.
