DELAY REMINDER
Trash and recycling not picked up today? This weeks collection was impacted by the Labor Day holiday. Today’s trash will be picked up tomorrow, Saturday. This one day delay has impacted the schedule all week. The next time this happens is the week of November 21st due to the Thanksgiving holiday.

TRICK OR TREAT NIGHT
Happy Halloween!  The Select Board has determined that this year's Trick or Treat night will be held on Saturday, October 30th from 5:00 - 7:30 pm.  Like last year, we look forward to sharing tips and hints to stay safe on this night.  Be safe and have fun! 

DPW PROJECTS UPDATE - THANK YOU FOR YOUR PATIENCE 
Municipal Center Roof Restoration
B.R. Jones Roofing is continuing work on the Municipal Center roof by preparing for a restored membrane.  Repairs to flashing, soffits and around HAVAC units is next.  Depending on weather, we look forward to having this project completed by the week of September 20th.  Thanks for your cooperation with the parking lot signage. 

Culvert Lining on Union Road
This project is set to be completed this week. Two culverts have been lined, and a third should be completed by today.

Crestview Terrace Neighborhood – Road Reconstruction
Streets have been reclaimed and graded.  Bell & Flynn is scheduled to pave binder today, September 10th, then on to final pave.

HOUSEHOLD HAZARDOUS WASTE COLLECTION DAY - OCTOBER 16TH
Household hazardous waste collection day will be Saturday, October 16th from 8:00 am - 1:00 pm at the Exeter Public Works Garage, Newfields Road (Rt 85).  Due to changes stemming from the COVID environment, online registration is required.  Register at:  https://publicinput.com/Exeter2021HHW  
Items such as rechargeable batteries, mercury thermometers, motor oil, pesticides, rust remover will be accepted.  Click here for details.

FIRST RESPONDER CLASSIC
The inaugural Fall Classic golf event will be held this October.  This event is being held at the Golf Club of New England on Monday, October 4, 2021.  Click here for details.

PICKLEBALL CLINICS
Join us on Sunday, September 19th for our Fall Pickleball Clinics being held on the tennis courts at Stevens Field in Stratham. Registration is $50 per player and space is limited. Pre-registration is required.
