Looking to ride mountain bikes with friends this summer and learn some new skills on the trails?!?  Mountain bike camp is the place for you!  Join Flow Adventures at Stratham Hill Park for a fun filled four half-days of riding bikes.  We will be building skills on single track trails all over Stratham, improving our technical riding over roots, rocks, bridges and maybe a little air-time.  We will be climbing and descending hills...and yes, the pump track!  All riders must be willing and capable to ride their bike for three hours.  All riders must have their own working mountain bike, proper fitting helmet, water and any snack they may want during their session.

Skill Level:
Level 1: Can ride a bike, but new to trail riding.
Level 2: Comfort riding trails, but still working on getting over roots, rocky sections or bridges.
Level 3: Comfort on technical trails and have experience riding multiple mountain bike locations.
