- Update on Master Plan Steering Committee (Pam had to leave)
- Update on proposed PCAC budget requests (Andy was going to talk to town contact, didn’t get to, will go in next week to do so)
- Update on new Planning Board projects (Bettina went 2 months ago, there is a family on Rt. 33 wants to put 5 cottages up and do farm/stay, Bettina suggested they could also host cyclists, etc., lots of possibilities exist - perhaps ask Tavis how to approach getting crossing light in at Starbucks, at farms/stay type property, and similar locations in Stratham where road crossing is dangerous but desirable)
- Sidewalk stops before where proposed Starbucks is going – Bettina will stop by and talk to Tavis and see how far along the process stands
- Update on DOT resurfacing of state roads in Stratham/discussion of pedestrian crossing lights on RT 108 and RT 33
- PCAC should write up a request and submit it David to take to the Select Board (Winnicut 2019, Bunker Hill 2020, 108 2021) – regarding widening when repaving surfaces – Melissa will write it up and submit as complete a list as we can, for Winnicut piece, Bettina has a few things she wanted to include (need to send in items ahead of meeting time)
- Update on trail master plan/prioritizing first trail project. Discussion of logistics and funding
- Seth said could take some pics on a property with a trail crossing to show what a non-invasive land crossing looks like to similar landowners, along with writing up a description of the process.
- Pam will contact Bill to make sure they had the same takeaways, will gather more info, and will send the drafted letter
- North Hampton conservation properties are labeled and parking is, too. If we could do the same with our town parcels first, that would be a good place to start
- Future Stratham Magazine article
- Bettina will reach out to complete streets and get a small write up from them, also will contact electric bicycle shop
- Public comment
- Other Business – Seth put together binders for committee to look at for Portsmouth’s proposed bicycle & pedestrian network.
