Rt. 33 Legacy Highway Ad-Hoc Committee

The Stratham Planning Board created this ad-hoc Committee on November 20, 2019 with the specific directive to "(e)valuate and recommend land use changes along the Route 33 Legacy Highway in furtherance of the 2019 Master Plan."  The Route Legacy Highway, in short, is the full extent of NH 33 between the northern edge of the Town Center Zoning District and the Greenland Town line.  For more discussion on the corridor, below is a link to the 2019 Master Plan:

The Committee, as deisgned by the Planning Board consists of 7 members who represent members of the Planning Board, Heritage Commission, and Stratham residents.  The current committee membership includes:

  • Forrest Barker
  • Alex Dardinski
  • David Ryng
  • Nathan Merrill
  • April Mason
  • Robert Roseen

The Committee has established a regular meeting schedule in effort to make their recommendations to the Planning Board in futherance of their charge.  The current meeting schedule is as follows:

2nd and 4th Wednesday of each month; 5-7PM at the Stratham Municipal Center
